David Bain, Managing Director, has 15+ years of telecom and IT executive experience including 5+ years of broad-based management in strategic consulting and business development, technical implementations and support. Anthony Priest, Senior Advisor, graduated from Harvard Business School in 1996 after which he worked for technology-intensive organizations ranging from ISO 9000 to Compaq. Anthony also holds Masters of Science and Bachelor of Science degrees in Industrial Engineering and Electrical Engineering, respectively, from Georgia Tech. Anthony’s early career was with NCR-AT&T and Quantum Drives.

Anthony has been president of both the Georgia Tech Club of Washington DC (1999 – 2005) and the Harvard Business School Club of Washington DC (2005-2007) for which he organized speaker dinners, sports teams, fundraising, social and recreational events. Anthony will run his ninth marathon this fall.


Bill Webster, CFO, earned his Certified Public Accountant designation in 1998. He provides a wide range of professional services to his small business client base. These include management, investment, technical, accounting, and tax services. He prepares and explains corporate and individual returns, financial statements, payroll reports, bank and account reconciliations, and performs internal audit functions.

His prior experience as a successful air traffic control specialist program manager on a half billion dollar automation modernization for the Federal Aviation Administration gives him added insight into many technical issues from data bases to telephony. Additional hands on responsibilities included managing the design, testing, and installation of two major hardware/software upgrades, managing telecommunications requirements, and developing the concept and operational system requirements for the estimated $120 million follow-on system.

In 2006, Microsoft selected him as one of four subject matter experts to write the certification examination for their Small Business Accounting 2006 program. He wrote "Accounting for Managers", published 2004 in the Briefcase Books series for McGraw-Hill. His graduate education includes MBA (ABT) and MFA (ABT). In addition to numerous FAA Special Achievement Awards, he received the Secretary of Transportation Gold Medal for Outstanding Achievement in 1994.



Andres Pacheco, Interface Designer, is a graphic artist and design consultant based in Los Angeles, CA. He studied Advertisement and Visual Communications in Chile and the United States and currently lives for design, networking with people all over the world. He has gotten involved in several artistic and commercial projects of all kinds; visual identity creation, interface design and a variety of multimedia projects, all passionately integrated in his approach to work and art.


Vyacheslav Polyakov, Chief Software Architect, has 12+ years of programming experience and oversight of programming teams. He handles application requirements analyses, specifications development, and functional process designs, web design, physical database design and optimization. He also has experience in large Oracle database Client Server applications development, multi-platform, mid-level environments. Vyacheslav has an MS in Computer Science and minor in physics.


Kelly Ann Collins, Senior Advisor, has more than 15 years of media, marketing and public relations experience. She specializes in viral media, social media and web marketing.

Her experience includes work with USAToday.com, USDA, the House of Representatives, The Associated Press, Lifetime Television and American Idol. Miss Collins has been recognized by the Society of Professional Journalists, Media Bistro and The Washington Post for her social and viral media work. She is also very active on the Washington, D.C., charity scene.

Throughout her career, Miss Collins has helped to launch and re-brand more than 100 online and offline companies -- including a venture capital firm in Chicago; the largest online health network; and the first personal, social-oriented Blogger blog to receive national media attention.

Currently, Miss Collins owns and operates Bang Fire, L.L.C., which serves the hi-tech marketing needs of a variety of clients in the web, health and fitness, professional sports, energy, charity and hospitality industries.
